Because we see young children being taught at the Akademiya, it is my personal headcanon that Kaveh was enrolled around the age of ten. Alhaitham, being older than the typical entrant, was likely around twelve when he enrolled, and Kaveh met him about a year later, when he was fifteen and Alhaitham was thirteen. Their fight occurred when Kaveh was nineteen, and he graduated from the Akademiya at twenty. He did not attend Alhaitham's graduation.
